International Ordering:
We Do Ship Internationally! Please be advised that you may be required to pay additional funds to receive your package once it arrives in your country. Please note that UrbanStreetz.com is not responsible for the (customs, duties and/or tax fees) your country may impose on your purchase. By purchasing any product from UrbanStreetz.com’s Store you agree to pay any additional customs, duties and taxes in order to receive your order.

Notes Concerning Your Billing Address:
Your Billing address is the address in which your credit card was mailed to or registered under when you applied for the card. This is important because if the wrong address and zip code are submitted your card will not be authorized.

Notes Concerning Your Shipping Address:
Please provide your correct shipping address. We are not responsible for your mistakes! If your package is returned to us due to (Your Mistake, Undeliverable Address, etc.) you'll have to repay for shipping charges in order to have your package re-shipped.

There aren't any, we will never recharge your debt or credit card for any reason!

Additional Shipping Fees:
Once you confirm your order & check out, that's it! There will not be any additional shipping fees. Shipping fees will only change if you request a different shipping option. All of our shipping options are USPS and FedEx real-time rates that also include a small handling fee.

Return Policy:
We offer a 10 day money back guarantee on our printed t-shirts & hats only. (The product should be returned within days 10 days of the Customer's receipt). All tags must be attached and products should not be soiled or appear to have been worn. If the returned merchandise meets the required criteria you'll receive a full refund on the cost of the product only, shipping cost not included. We do not accept returns on Airbrushed T-Shirts nor Customized Shoes. You are responsible for ordering your correct t-shirt & shoe size, we will no longer accept returned Airbrushed T-Shirts or Customized Shoes due to the ordering of incorrect sized Airbrushed T-Shirts or Customized Shoes.

Shipping:
All Hats & Printed T-Shirt orders are shipped within 24 hrs. after orders are placed. Please, allow 2-3 days (processing time) for Airbrushed T-Shirt & Customized Shoe orders. All orders are shipped immediately after processing!

Airbrushed T-Shirts:
Please understand that all airbrushed t-shirts are painted by hand & not machine. This means that your shirt will not be an exact duplicate of the picture on our site; however, our talented artists will paint each shirt very similar.
