NYPD Sergeant Receives Three Years In Prison For Raping 13-Year-Old Female

Vladimir Krull, a 12-year-veteran, of the New York City Police Department was sentenced Monday to three years in prison for raping a 13-year-old female.

The 39-year-old NYPD sergeant was convicted this past January of two counts of rape, two counts of a criminal sex act, three counts of sexual abuse and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.

According to Bronx prosecutors, the attacks on the teen took place back in 2013 and 2014. The victim is the daughter of Krull’s then girlfriend. The not so “good cop” raped the teen in her home and in his car during two separate incidents. He also made the victim perform oral sex on him in his car after her eighth-grade class’ father-daughter breakfast.

Prosecutors asked the judge to sentence Krull to 15 years in prison — or five years for each incident. But after what occurred in court it’s obvious that Supreme Court Justice Lester Adler looks out for rapist cops. He dished out a soft sentence for some immoral sexual attacks on a female teen. A year for each sickening incident and that’s justice in America, folks.

Krull’s attorney Roger Blank said his client maintains his innocence and he also plans to appeal. When asked about the three years in prison sentence Blank said, “I think the sentence reflected both the evidence that was put forth and also my client’s (police and military) history,” Blank said. “He spent his life in public service.”

So, what! The guy is now a convicted rapist and he deserves more time in jail. Krull’s sentence is just another example that police officers in America can get away with and not be punished accordingly for any crime.

And I almost failed to mention that Krull also served as a Marine in the Iraq War. So, I’m sure that you can only imagine the possible sexual attacks he inflicted on young Iraqi females during his tour of duty.
