Miss Genii is 24 year-old half Brazilian and half Japanese fitness model from Florida. Anyone who is curious about how serious Genii is about her health and fitness will only need to check out a few of her photos to settle their inquisitiveness. Believe us, the young lady’s body is on fleek!

So, the lighting got all crazy like in the middle of me filming this. 😅 but! Here are some of my "off day" workouts for burning out the legs and glutes. 💪 I keep my muscles lean by combining heavy weight lifting with HIIT days like today. Combination on band work, Jump rope, and glute/hamstring focused weight free exercises. These can all be made to be more difficult , just by adding weights! 🙌 workout list🔥 ▶️Jump rope in between every different workout set for 3-5 minutes ▶️ Side step lunges – 3 sets of 20 reps ▶️ Stiff legged deadlifts – 3 sets of 20 reps ▶️ Jumping squats ▶️ Glute bridges until burnout (I lift a leg for more difficulty and glute pump ! 💪) ▶️ Kick backs and side raises, until burnout ▶️ Heavy banded side-to-side lunges, 3 sets of 15 walks ▶️ Banded high knees for abs 🔥🔥🔥 I'll post some more videos soon!
