By participating in this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Open to all natural persons age 13 or older. This promotion is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Incomplete entries are void. Online entrants must be the registered subscriber of the e-mail account by which the entry is made.

PROMOTION PERIOD: The promotion begins on July 18, 2008 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (EST) and ends on September 30, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST ("Promotion Period").

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the drawing, you must register for the UrbanStreetz.com Hip-Hop Community Contest and be a registered member for the duration of the promotion. You must provide a complete and valid email address to qualify for entry. Any email address that bounces (returned undeliverable) will be deleted from the drawing immediately.

SELECTION OF WINNER: Winners will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received within 7 days after the contest ending period. All decisions are final and binding. Winners will be notified by email. UrbanStreetz.com is not responsible for and shall not be liable for any late, lost, or misdirected notification, or for winner's unsuccessful efforts to claim any prize. Prize will be sent to the winner's address submitted by the selected winner via e-mail upon notification that he/she has been selected as a winner.
