settlement to a real estate agent who
claims the music mogul punched him in
the jaw at a post-Oscars party last year.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed
in court papers.
Gerard Rechnitzer accused Combs of blasting
him with a right backhand and threatening
to "smack flames out of your a--"
during a confrontation over Rechnitzer's
girlfriend at the posh Hollywood nightclub
Teddy's.
